Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst - South East / London

This private testing, analysis & consultancy firm based in the South East currently requires an asbestos surveyor to work across the South East and London. They work across the country, and are one of the leading Asbestos testing organisations in the UK.


Primarily you will be carrying out monitoring of asbestos remediation works; inspection types 1-3 and re-inspection on site where necessary. You will form an important part of the Asbestos Team whilst maintaining & improving good working relationships with customers.


You will be required to carry out –
- smoke tests,
- air tests including background, leak, clearance, reassurance and personal samples,
- visual examinations,
- four-stage clearances
All carried out in the most cost-effective manner ensuring that the customer’s requirements are met. You must also comply with UKAS procedures by taking part in routine internal and external QA/QC programmes to ensure a high quality is maintained.
You will have experience in local authority & facilities management work.
You will have a minimum of BOSH P402, P403/404 & must have a full UK valid driver’s license.
