My client is one of the public service providers to the prison service in the UK. They provide care & rehabilitation, whilst striving to improve conditions within Britain’s prisons. They are responsible for a number of sites across the UK, and with continued success they are currently looking to expand into the international market.


 
The role they currently have on offer is for a corporate Risk, Health & Safety Manager to work across the company, developing policy & monitoring performance whilst liaising with on site Health and Safety Officers & Directors. You will have strong business acumen with an element of Risk Management skills, which can provide effective & efficient policy which in turn aids the business to move forward including the bids for new projects both in the UK & Abroad.



Your main role will involve taking a strategic level position within the Executive office, helping to further develop the current systems and achieve targets set by the Executives. You will be responsible for the advisors as well as recommending & improving in house training systems.



- You will be a registered member of IOSH & ILM.


- Experience in Risk Compliance.


- Experience of Risk Management Training, as well as Internal 18001 Training You must be able to regularly travel to their Head Office in central London as well as being prepared to travel to sites across the UK.
