Are you a qualified Environmental Health Officer?

 Our Client, a local authority based in Scotland is actively seeking a qualified Environmental Health Officer (EHO) to specialise in food safety.

You will be contributing to the development of the environmental health service. You will be initially working within the food safety team but also contribute towards the efficient and effective delivery of the environmental health service, in particular public health / pollution control.

You will be carrying out inspections, investigating complaints and participating in the educational role of the environmental health service. You will be a qualified Environmental Health Officer, you will have current food safety experience and a good understanding of resolving food safety issues. This is a 6 month contract to cover maternity leave. You will receive fantastic development and training opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work within a variety of teams.
