Exciting new role in ASB Case Work!


An excellent position has arisen for an ASB Coordinator at a London based Housing Association. 


Duties of this role will include:



  • Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) case management (experience of taking cases from initial complaint through to court)

  • Training and supporting ASB/Housing Officers on case work

  • Delivery of housing management strategy (setting goals and standards for the ASB/Housing team; ensuring they are met)

  • Working closely with residents, implementing strategies to prevent Neighbourhood Nuisance whenever possible

  • Tracking changes in legislation to ensure the organisation utilise available tools in tackling Anti Social Behaviour


In order to be successful in this vacancy it is desirable that you have previous experience as an Anti Social Behaviour Officer within social housing.
